Our steering group aims to meet once each half term and consists of parent carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities. The term “Steering Group” refers to the committee of 10 who oversee the running of the forum. In addition the forum seeks the views and recommendations from our Parent/ Carer community and use these to actively guide the work we do.
The first 45 minutes of the Steering group meeting is open to everyone. The discussions will provide an update on the current work of the forum. We normally stream our meetings live on our main Facebook page. Please contact us on 01453 259384 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in attending or for more details.
A short break will follow the public session and the rest of the meeting will be for steering group members only to discuss operational matters. Agenda’s for forthcoming meetings will be available on the website 7 days in advance and minutes of all meetings will be made available within 14 days after being signed off for accuracy.
