Please join us for this introduction session to the Community Inclusion and Activity Team.
The Community Inclusion and Activity Team (formerly the Short Breaks Team) helps and supports children and young people 0 to 18 years with a disability or additional need and their families, to try out new things, have fun and access their local community.
The team provides:
- Inclusive school holiday activities for children with a disability or additional need aged between 8 and 18 years and family days out
- Regular club opportunities
- Regular newsletter and activities calendar
- Activity passes and Somerset Max Card
