Wheelchair and equipment service

The Community Equipment and Wheelchair service are currently being recommissioned and we are looking to work with a group of parents who have used the service previously.
The group will review the applications to provide the service and take part in a focus group discussion on Friday 26th November 12-1. All participants will need to sign a confidentiality agreement not to discuss the applications outside of the group (due to this being a legal process).
A representative from SPCF will let meet with commissioners on Monday 29th November to feedback the groups views.
