This is a relaxed space where you can:

Share experiences, tips, and advice.
Ask questions or just enjoy some company.
No diagnosis needed—everyone is welcome!
Plus, your first warm or soft drink is on us!

The group meets: Third Monday of the month (Term time only) 10am – 12pm
